Double Sigma Blade Mixer is used for uniform mixing of semi solid materials. The Machine consists of a U trough with two ‘Z’ shape blades each rotating in opposite directions for proper mixing of material. Machine equipped with suitable capacity motor & gearbox decided as per characteristics of the product & process. Equipment is provided with Jacket arrangement for heating or cooling applications.

DOUBLE ARM SIGMA MIXERS COMMON CHARACTERISTICS
The electrical panel is separated from the machine and contains the PLC and the touch screen for the management of the mixing cycle in either manual or automatic cycle
The blade control is given by two independent gear-motors with parallel axes. Load capacity of the gearboxes verified according to UNI, DIN, AFNOR, AGMA and ISO
The mixing blades are made in AISI 316 stainless steel, then polished and worked with shaping. The blades rotate in opposite directions to each other at different rpm
The double housing tank is completely made of stainless steel AISI 304, on request it is supplied with a cavity, for cooling or heating the soap to be mixed
The rotation command is given by a gear motor with parallel axes. The screw is made o f AISI 304 stainless steel and has a profile designed to obtain the rapid emptying of the tank
