‘Abster™’ Heavy Duty 1000 Liters Sigma Kneader for mixing of crucible dough is powered by a 50 HP motor, with a drive system comprising of a hydraulic coupling, helical reduction gearbox, a gear coupling and heavy duty helical gears driving the pair of Sigma Blades.
An external jacket is provided on the mixing container for hear transfer. Product charging is through the top of the container through a big bag with a top lid in fully open position. The material discharged through tilting of the mixing container.
